Water World Colorado stretches across 64 acres of land and features the largest variety of water attractions in the country. With everything from high thrills to kid-friendly play areas, it’s easy to see why Water World was rated as one of America’s top 10 water parks by the Travel Channel. Hours & Admission

Water World is located at 8801 N. Pecos St. within the Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District in Federal Heights, CO. The park is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm starting the last weekend in May and lasting until Labor Day. Being an outdoor park, Water World is subject to close on any day due to the weather. Though park managers do their best to monitor the forecast and make these decisions in advance, you’re encouraged to check the website or call for updates on questionable weather days.

Admission to Water World is based on height, though the majority of our rides have no height restrictions. Tots under 40″ are free. Child prices are for guests 47″ and under in height, and general admission is for guests who are 48″ and above. Admission prices differ depending on when and where you buy your tickets.

Water World Attractions

From huge plunges and high speeds to the relaxing lazy river and kid area, Water World has something for everyone to enjoy.

For you thrill seekers out there, this park will not disappoint. Water World features over 20 attractions that will get your heart pumping. Be sure you check out the breathtaking Mile High Flyer – a hydromagnetic watercoaster that takes you up, over, and around steep slopes and twisting turns. From there, you can test your surfing skills at The Wave or ride the rapids at Tortuga Run. And you certainly can’t miss the Voyage To The Center Of The Earth, which sends you splashing back in time to when dinosaurs ruled the earth.
