When to Go
These classes are taking place on Saturdays at 8 a.m. The next one coming up is on Saturday, March 30, so mark your calendars now. While the class technically starts at 8 a.m., you will probably want to get there a few minutes early. This gives you a chance to sign in, set up your mat, and get some water before the class begins. That way, you’ll be ready to go once the teacher starts the class.
